Unwanted Products

• Must be undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.
• Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Certain items like used beauty products, personalized items, and worn body shaping garments are non-returnable.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

• Notify us if you receive the wrong product or it arrives damaged.
• Report any damage or missing parts within 7 days.
• We will collect the product at no charge and offer a replacement or credit/refund.

Defective Products

• Report defects within 6 months of delivery.
• We will collect and inspect the product at no charge, then repair, replace, or credit/refund.

Gift Vouchers & Coupons

• Refunds for returns made with gift vouchers will be credited back to your account.
• Coupons used for a purchase will be reissued for canceled or returned orders.

Bundles

• Return individual items from a custom bundle for a credit of the actual purchase price.
• Pre-packed bundles must be returned as a whole.
