The Linziclip hair accessory was created by Lindsey walker & Shelley-Anne Salisbury to overcome all the problems with the old style claw clip.

Lindsey & Shelley met at a party just over 10 years ago, they got chatting (as you do) and had a eureka moment. They spent the next year working on various designs to eliminate the painful teeth, unsightly springs and protruding ears of the claw clip and after (way too many) coffees and late nights the Linziclip was born.

Well, to be exact, the Linziclip started off its life as the inside cardboard tube of a toilet roll which Lindsey & Shelley cut up reassembled and sprayed with silver paint – but the concept was there! The next part of the Linziclip journey was to find a manufacturer which meant a trek to India (a whole other story!). Then Lindsey & Shelley hot footed it around the globe securing distribution. Needless to say, Lindsey & Shelley are now a well-travelled pair! From those early beginnings,, the Linziclip has gone from strength to strength and is now sold in over 17 countries. Apart from the basic black and tortoiseshell Linziclips are available in loads of catwalk-inspired colours and patterns. 


HOW TO WEAR THE LINZICLIP

Maxi - fine to medium hair

Midi - medium to thick hair

Mini - for all hair types

A) Squeeze the “ears” to open your Linziclip.

B) Insert one side of the “teeth” into your hair guiding the opposite teeth over to the other side.

C) Once in place squeeze both sides of your Linziclip closed so it’s secure and you have a firm but comfortable grip.

D) To remove simply squeeze both ears to open.

Some of our items need specialist delivery and not all options are available on all orders. We'll always offer you the fastest possible options for your order, which will be shown to you at checkout.

Orders delivered

We'll deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation email.

You can also track your delivery at any time by selecting the Order Number from your Order History on your Tv Mall Account profile.

This is the most current tracking information we have for your order. If this date changes, we’ll let you know straight away by email or SMS.

Delivery address change

It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.

To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address Book under your Customer Information in your Account profile.

Splitting deliveries

On every product page, you can see whether an item is 'in-stock' in our warehouse or if there is a 'lead time' period, which is the time it takes us to order in the item from our supplier.

For the most efficient delivery service, we wait until all your items arrive with us before delivering them all to you in one go. This means that some lead time items could hold up the delivery of your in-stock items.

On selected orders, we may be able to split your delivery, allowing your in-stock items to arrive faster.

Products missing from shipment/delivery

You will need to submit an online request form or call us urgently on our call centre providing us with your order number. Confirm which item is missing in your shipment received. One of friendly online shopping assistants will contact you and assist you ASAP.

Rescheduling deliveries

Your order will arrive by the estimated delivery date provided in your payment confirmation email and we will send you an SMS on the date of delivery so you know when to expect our Courier.

At this point, if you won't be available to receive your order on that day, you can reschedule by calling the number provided in your SMS confirmation.

It’s not possible to select a specific date for your delivery, unless you select either the Guaranteed Same Day or Guaranteed Weekend delivery option at checkout. You can view the costs for these in our delivery options section.

If you select Economy delivery at checkout, it's not possible to select a specific day for your delivery.
